July Discussion Group – Assisted Dying

Our July meeting is on Thursday July 24th at 8.00pm and we will be discussing a very big issue – assisted dying.

With a new assisted dying bill being read and debated in the House of Lords in July, we’ll be looking at Lord Falconer’s bill and what it does (and doesn’t) cover, examining the many important objections and concerns around the issue and whether they can be addressed, and the importance of the issue in general.

We’d love to hear your opinions on this controversial subject, so please come along and get involved in the discussion.

Wheatsheaf Ale House, 32 Newport St, Swindon, SN1 3DP – Thursday July 24th, 8.00pm.
